Comparison of Production Performance of Striped Catfish Larvae (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) Fed With Live And Frozen Daphnia

Daphnia magna as a live feed in the maintenance of striped catfish larvae form frozen is still limited. Evaluation production performance using D. both and compared with feeding Tubifex became objective this research activity. The experimental design used treatment (P1) control, (P2), (P3) four replications for 15 days rearing completely randomized design. Twelve aquariums water volume 150 L were experiment. Results experiment showed different significantly affected absolute length growth, biomass, conversion, best being values 0.6 ± 0.02 cm, 83.93 5.99 g, 1.31, respectively. growth rate obtained on fed (P1). protein efficiency retention ratio resulted 12.45 7.11%, Live not different, so can be an alternative natural high level availability.
